The growth of technology in recent times has resulted in more people using gadgets that can store data such as videos, images, audio etc. There is always a need for extra memory and external SD cards have been there to provide such needed extra memories but with the types of sophisticated gadgets coming into the market these days there is even more need for bigger memories and most especially the convenience to integrate and use them seamlessly.
I want to be able to take photos from my digital camera and transfer them to my PC or tablet without having to switch the memory card, I want to be able to transfer files from a device to my PC wirelessly avoiding the need to remove the SD card from the device and plug it into the SD card reader on my computer or laptop to import the files, then safely eject and slot it back to the device. This is really tiresome!
